2. Use of Service & AI Generation

Lavetic AI provides artificial intelligence tools for jewelry design generation and photo manipulation.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service.
• You assume full responsibility for the designs you upload and modify.
• You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, offensive, or copyright-infringing material.
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in the input images you upload.

Generated Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a commercial license to use the images generated by Lavetic AI based on your inputs.

4. Limitation of Liability

Lavetic AI works with generative AI technology. Due to the nature of AI, we cannot guarantee that outputs will always be 100% physically accurate or error-free. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
